Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County softball pitcher of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Maria Brooks, Sr., Newsome: Finished with a one-hitter, allowing one earned run on one hit while striking out seven in a win over East Bay. 

Daria Bush, So., Middleton: Threw a three-hit shutout with 14 strikeouts in a win over Armwood. 

Natalie Cable, So., Bloomingdale: Finished with a one-hit shutout and 16 strikeouts in a win over Durant. 

Madison Carney, Sr., Riverview: Allowed a combined two earned runs and recorded 14 strikeouts in wins over Newsome and Alonso. 

Cassidy Masters, Jr., Plant: Gave up a combined two earned runs on five hits and struck out 15 in wins over Robinson and Sumner. 

Madyson Rambeau, Jr., Sickles: Threw five innings, allowing one unearned run on three hits and striking out on in a win over Alonso.
