Here are the nominees for the Hernando County softball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Rae Easton, 8th, Hernando Christian: Went 4-for-4 with homer, four RBIs and two runs scored in a win over Real Life Christian. 

Aryanna Eliopoulos, Sr., Hernando: Finished a combined 5-for-7 with a double, three RBIs and three runs scored in wins over Central and Lecanto. 

Izzy LaRoche, Sr., Nature Coast: Led the Sharks by going a combined 10-for-15 with three homers, four doubles, 11 RBIs and 10 runs scored in four games. 

Qui’mya Thomas, Sr., Central: Went 2-for-4 with a run scored in a win over Hudson.
