Clearwater (7-3) at Palm Harbor University (9-5), 4
The Tornadoes cap off their week-long road trip by traveling to Palm Harbor to take on the Hurricanes. Clearwater is coming off a loss to Seminole that snapped its three-game win streak. The Hurricanes are playing for the first time since finishing as the runnerup of their own tournament last week.
Osceola (10-3) at Academy of the Holy Names (7-3), 6:30
The Warriors, ranked fifth in Class 5A by MaxPreps, are trying to bounce back after a loss to River Ridge on Tuesday. The host Jaguars also are looking to rebound after a tough 3-2 loss to Wiregrass Ranch that lasted 12 innings.
Steinbrenner (11-5) at Newsome , 7
The Warriors have won five of their last six games, the last coming against Bloomingdale on Monday. The host Wolves have won three straight games, including impressive victories over East Lake and Wharton at last weekend’s Lady Canes Spring Invitational.
