The Tigers’ three losses are by a combined eight goals to some of the best teams in the state. That is a big reason Jesuit is ranked No. 6 in the class and No. 9 overall in the state by MaxPreps.
During last week’s 1A-9 district tournament, the Tigers were dominant, beating Wesley Chapel and Cypress Creek by a combined 43-6.
The Warriors also are used to playing in close contests. Their five losses have been by a combined eight goals.
