Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County volleyball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

Sydney Applefield, Sr., St. Petersburg: Led the Green Devils with 20 assists, 12 digs and six aces in a win over Palm Harbor University. 

Ava Bonin, Sr., Calvary Christian: Finished with a team-high 28 digs and had three aces in a win over Sarasota Cardinal Mooney. 

Hannah Jantomaso, Jr., Keswick Christian: Ended up with a combined 100 assists to help the Crusaders go 5-0, including the gold bracket title in the USA Division at the Florida Gem Invitational. 

Ava Stanton, So., Shorecrest: Finished with a combined 37 digs and 15 kills in six matches to help the Chargers win the bronze bracket of the Open Division at the Florida Gem Invitational. 

Desi Waterman, Sr., Clearwater Central Catholic: Recorded a combined 53 digs in six matches and helped the Marauders finish sixth at the LIVT tournament. 

Kellyanne Wylie, Jr., East Lake: Finished with a combined 100 assists, 32 digs and 13 kills to help the Eagles go 4-1 and win the silver bracket in the USA Division at the Florida Gem Invitational.
