Football: FHSAA releases final rankings — Nov. 5, 2023

The Florida High School Athletic Association released its final football rankings of the season in the Metro and Suburban Divisions that determined playoff seedings and at-large berths. The district winners in each region in Classes 4-2 in Metro and Suburban automatically qualified for the playoffs. The next four postseason berths in each region of those classes were determined strictly by the rankings. In Class 1 of Metro and Suburban, there are two district champions and two at-large berths. Here is the list of the top eight in regions for classes 4-2 in Metro and Suburban that includes area teams and the top four in class 1 of the same divisions. Local ranked teams are in bold.
