Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County defensive player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Reece Allan, Sr., Osceola: Picked off two passes, including one returned for a touchdown, in a win over Hollins. 

Maurice Bryant, So., Clearwater: Finished with nine tackles and two sacks in a win over Boca Ciega. 

Josh Blatchley, Jr., Tarpon Springs: Recorded five tackles, two sacks, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in a win over Indian Rocks Christian. 

Zareon Capehart, So., St. Petersburg Catholic: Recorded three tackles and two sacks in a win over Cambridge Christian. 

Andy Jaffe, Sr., Clearwater Central Catholic: Finished with 12 tackles in a win over Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons. 

Owen Kollar, So., Palm Harbor University: Had three tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in a win over Dunedin. 

Nick Mirabella, Sr., East Lake: Recorded eight tackles, an interception, a blocked punt and a blocked field goal in a win over Countryside. 

Clifton Stone, Jr., St. Petersburg: Finished with six tackles, a sack and two forced fumbles in a win over Gibbs. 

Sir Jacob Thompson, Sr., Northeast: Ended up with 10 tackles and a sack in a win over Largo.
