Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County boys basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Jose Deleon, Sr., Spoto: Recorded 26 points and eight rebounds in a win over Lennard. 

Derek Delgardo Jr., Sr., Leto: Finished with 25 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and five steals in a win over Gulf.

Jermal Jones, So., Bell Creek Academy: Ended up with 32 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Excel Christian Academy. 

Joshua Lewis, Jr., Blake: Averaged 19.3 points and 10.3 rebounds in wins over Robinson, Middleton and The Villages. 

Leroy Lucas, Sr., Plant City: Scored the game-winning basket with six seconds remaining to beat defending Class 7A region finalist Newsome in the season opener. 

Austin White, Sr., Durant: Scored a school record 42 points to go along with nine steals, five assists and four rebounds in a win over Steinbrenner. 

Isaiah Williams, Jr., Sumner: Set a school record with 10 blocked shots in a win over East Bay.
