What to watch tonight

Since losing their opener by a point to Bradenton Christian, the Cougars have won four straight games, the last two by 14 or more points. The host Bulls, meanwhile, are trying to rebound after a loss to Plant City ended their perfect start.
Leto (3-2) at Plant (2-1), 6
The Falcons bounced back from an 0-2 start, winning three straight games. The host Panthers fell from the unbeaten ranks with a loss to Blake.
Indian Rocks Christian (2-0) at Admiral Farragut (2-0), 7:30
A pivotal private school matchup between a pair of unbeaten teams. The Golden Eagles have won each of their first two games by double digits. This marks the third straight game against a Pinellas County private school foe for the Blue Jackets.

This is a rematch from last year’s opener that the the Gladiators won 45-43 en route to advancing to the Class 4A state semifinals for the second straight season.

The host Pirates are off to a solid start under first-year coach Marquel Cason. Tonight, Boca Ciega has one of its biggest tests against a city opponent with a matchup against the defending Class 5A state semifinalist Green Devils.
