Girls basketball: Pinellas County player of the week — Jan. 8-13, 2024

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County girls basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

Haylee Dones, Sr., Dunedin: Finished with 15 points, five rebounds and five steals in a win over Hollins. 

Ava Graham, Sr., Keswick Christian: Scored 26 points in a win over Berkeley Prep to become the school’s all-time leading scorer. 

Elise Graham, Sr., St. Petersburg Catholic: Led the Barons with 25 points, nine steals and six rebounds in a win over Indian Rocks Christian. 

Olivia Krempp, Sr., Palm Harbor University: Ended up with nine points, eight rebounds and three steals in a win over Calvary Christian. 

Sumayah McIntosh, Jr., Lakewood: Finished with 13 points, nine steals and seven rebounds in a win over Plant at the Spartans’ MLK Classic. 

Pink Sturdivant, Jr., Clearwater: Averaged 22.5 points per game in wins over Boca Ciega and Flagler Palm Coast. 

Devon Swartz, Sr., Seminole: Scored a team-high 20 points and had five blocked shots and five rebounds in a win over Largo.
