Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County softball hitter of the week poll. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Sophia Cannon, Sr., East Lake: Ended up going a combined 5-for-7 with a triple, a double, five RBIs and three runs scored in wins over Clearwater and Seminole. 

Payton Cushman, Sr., Calvary Christian: Led the Warriors by going a combined 7-for-9 with a homer, a double, four RBIs and five runs scored in three games. 

Giavanni D’Amico, Jr., Boca Ciega: Went a combined 7-for-10 with a triple, a double, five RBIs and six runs scored in wins over St. Petersburg Catholic, Anclote and Shorecrest. 

Addison Futch, Sr., Osceola: Finished a combined 5-for-6 with a homer, two doubles, five RBIs and four runs scored in wins over Countryside and Clearwater Central Catholic. 

Samantha Papp, Sr., Palm Harbor University: Went 5-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in a season-opening victory over Canterbury. 

Victoria Wirth, Fr., St. Petersburg: Ended up going a combined 5-for-6 with two triples, three RBIs and three runs scored in wins over Largo and Hollins.
