Here are the nominees for the Pasco County baseball pitcher of the week poll. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

Aaron Brooks, Sr., Wesley Chapel: Hurled four scoreless innings, giving up two hits while striking out five in a win over Zephyrhills.

Wyatt Dion, Jr., Sunlake: Went four innings, allowing one unearned run on one hit while striking out seven in a win over Springstead.  

Christos Papapanos, So., River Ridge: Led the Royal Knights by throwing a perfect game with 12 strikeouts in a win over Zephyrhills that was called after five innings because of the mercy rule. 

A.J. Romano, So., Land O’ Lakes: Threw 6 ⅔ scoreless innings, allowing two hits while striking out 15 in a win over Mitchell.
