Pasco County Offensive Player of the Year Poll – Jan. 2

Here are the nominees for the Pasco County football offensive player of the year. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

WR Kennen Ayala, Jr., Land O’ Lakes: Had 42 catches for 1,170 yards and 16 touchdowns for the 9-1 Gators this season. 

QB Rocco Becht, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: Threw for 1,808 yards and 23 touchdowns for the 5-5 Bulls this season. 

RB Jaylan Blake, Sr., Wesley Chapel: Rushed for 1,066 yards and 13 touchdowns for the 6-4 Wildcats this season.  

ATH Chris Ferrini, Sr., Mitchell: Accounted for 1,205 yards (595 rushing, 378 passing, 232 receiving) and racked up 21 touchdowns (12 rushing, five passing, four receiving) to help the Mustangs keep their district title streak intact. 

QB Kyle Horvath, So., Land O’ Lakes: Finished with 2,067 yards passing and 28 touchdowns for the 9-1 Gators this season. 

RB Dontrevious Jackson, Sr., Zephyrhills Christian: Rushed for 1,803 and 18 touchdowns for the 2A region finalist Warriors. 

RB Jaylin Thomas, Sr., Zephyrhills: Rushed for 1,436 yards and 14 touchdowns for the 9-2 Bulldogs this season. 

QB Hunter Young, Sr., Hudson: Set the Pasco County record for passing yards in the regular season and finished with 2,567 yards and 28 touchdowns while leading the Cobras to the 5A region quarterfinals.
