Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County baseball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday. 

INF/P Alex Brazer, Jr., Lennard: Went a combined 4-for-6 with two homers, four RBIs and four runs scored in wins over Blake and Sumner. 

P Evan Dempsey, Jr., Newsome: Threw 4 ⅓ scoreless inning, allowing two hits and finishing with six strikeouts in a win over Leto. 

P/oF Chase Mobley, So., Plant City: Allowed no runs, one hit and finished with 14 strikeouts in 6 ⅓ innings of work to beat Tampa Bay Tech. 

P/INF Thomas Bly, So., Sickles: Threw 3 ⅔ scoreless innings, allowing two hits and striking out eight on the mound and went 2-for-3 at the plate with a homer, four RBIs and a run scored in a win over East Bay.
