Chris Oladokun goes to the Steelers in the seventh round

Chris Oladokun, who starred at Alonso and Sickles and going to play at USF, Samford and South Dakota State, was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the NFL Draft.

Oladokun is the second quarterback the Steelers drafted this weekend. On Thursday, they took Pittsburgh’s Kenny Pickett in the first round.

In all, there were seven players from Hillsborough County who were drafted this weekend.

After playing at USF and Samford, Oladokun transferred to South Dakota State this past season and threw for 3,164 yards, 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
