Here are the nominees for the Hernando County girls basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a,m, Monday.

Reese Halter, Sr., Weeki Wachee: Made her presence known around the basket, averaging 9.6 rebounds per game in wins over Crystal River, Hernando and Nature Coast. 

Kayla Holloman, Sr., Hernando: Scored a team-high 17 points in a win over Hudson. 

Addy Osborne, So., Springstead: Averaged 10.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in wins over Wiregrass Ranch, Citrus and East Lake.
